AAndré Domingues pratices law since 2005, essentially in the areas of civil, commercial, sports and criminal law, both in terms of legal advice and counselling for corporate clients and private individuals, and in litigation in these areas.

He also acts in the field of sports law on behalf of clubs, players and FIFA agents, providing legal advice on the negotiation and conclusion of sports employment contracts, sports representation or intermediation contracts, contracts for the permanent transfer of economic rights, contracts for the transfer (permanent or temporary) of the right to sports registration, bringing claims under the jurisdiction of FIFA and CAS (FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber), reporting work labour accidents/claims involving football players who work in Portugal, and also in the context of disciplinary and administrative offence proceedings.
