Meeting our clients’ needs imposed by the coming into force of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have at our firm a team dedicated to these matters.
We help our clients in making the transition to the regime provided by the new regulation, by doing internal audits to companies (identifying the weaknesses and what needs to be improved to assure compliance with the regulation) and developing compliance strategies.
We further support our clients with the day-to-day execution of the regulation and of the adopted compliance strategies, whether preparing and reviewing contracts terms related with the processing of personal data, answering questions or requests of clients and suppliers, or reacting to situations of breach or illegitimate disclosure of personal data.
Together with our criminal and administrative offences team, we advise and represent our clients in proceedings of criminal and administrative nature connected with personal data protection.
