We have in our team a full-time solicitor/notary, able to provide all advice and support in the areas of registry and notary practice, with special focus in the real estate and corporate sectors.

We perform all kinds of notarial acts authorized by law, such as signature certification (of individuals acting by themselves or on behalf of companies and other entities), notarization of documents, certification of copies and certification of documents’ translations.

Moreover, we act on behalf of our clients before all public registry services – Real Estate, Companies, Vehicles and Civil Registry Offices, Apostille Service at the Attorney General’s Office of Porto District, embassies and consulates. We further represent our clients in any matters related with registration procedures at the tax offices and city councils.

We advise our clients as regards the terms they shall include in their contracts and other documents, so they find no obstacles at the time of registration (sale and purchase agreements, promissory sale and purchase agreements, transfer of parts in limited liability companies, shareholders’ meetings minutes, incorporation of companies, etc.).
